Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "98pka" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 98pka online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 98pka.net, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 98pka platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon completion of the 98pka registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a player's 98pka account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any non-deposit value credited to a player's account by 98pka in connection with a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a player must place before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process conducted by 98pka in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the 98pka platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 98pka platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 98pka.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the 98pka platform and must not register an account or use any of the platform's services.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 98pka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 98pka.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the 98pka platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 98pka platform is strictly an adults-only service. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be the legal holder of the payment method used to deposit funds into your 98pka account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 98pka or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 98pka platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active 98pka account. Registration of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 98pka reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate registrations.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pka account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 98pka account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not it was actually conducted by you personally. 98pka bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions.

You must notify 98pka immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at the email address provided on this platform. 98pka will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account upon receiving such notification.

98pka employs 256-bit SSL encryption, brute-force login protection, and optional two-factor authentication to help protect your account. However, no security system is infallible, and 98pka strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication and use a unique, strong password for their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

The 98pka platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR using the payment methods listed on the platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 98pka account are subject to minimum and maximum threshold limits as displayed in your account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. 98pka is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. 98pka will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement attached to your account balance must be met before the bonus component of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• 98pka reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in your 98pka account dashboard.

Refused Transactions: 98pka reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, 98pka will notify the player and may request supporting documentation.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

98pka offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, PKR reload offers, free spins, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 98pka account balance and are designated as bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements specify a minimum total bet amount that must be reached before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Some games — including certain live dealer titles or progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• 98pka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled while a player is actively working toward a wagering requirement, 98pka will act reasonably in determining the outcome on a case-by-case basis.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to neutralise risk, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the wagering requirements.

98pka reserves the right to request proof of identity before releasing any winnings generated from bonus play, in addition to the standard KYC documentation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 98pka platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or sporting market being played. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are displayed within each respective section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following general betting rules apply to all activity on the 98pka platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 98pka does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error as described below.
• Manifest Error: Where a bet is accepted at odds or stakes that are clearly and obviously incorrect due to a technical, pricing, or human error, 98pka reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. 98pka will not be liable to honour winnings arising from manifest errors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within each game or market on the platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of 98pka's adjudication team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in the platform's Help section.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20Is, Tests, and ODIs — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). 98pka does not settle markets on the basis of unofficial or social-media-reported outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pka platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or team-based formats.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or pricing anomalies in the platform's systems. Players who discover errors are obligated to report them to 98pka support immediately.
• Using the 98pka platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 98pka.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through your 98pka account via your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with 98pka support.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's 98pka account without authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

98pka is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR to control their spending. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set time alerts that notify them of how long they have been actively playing during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for deposits, bets, or withdrawals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 98pka platform may do so via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 98pka platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and the 98pka brand identity — is the proprietary property of 98pka or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 98pka platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 98pka platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 98pka name, logo, or branding in any context that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the 98pka platform.

Any unauthorised use of 98pka's intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 98pka platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failure, platform downtime, or interruption of service.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market prices that are subsequently corrected as manifest errors.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 98pka platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

98pka does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 98pka will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

Account Termination and Suspension

98pka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 98pka has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 98pka.
• A regulatory, legal, or licensing obligation requires 98pka to restrict or terminate your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance (net of bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not been earned through completed wagering will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may also request voluntary closure of your 98pka account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the 98pka operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and 98pka arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform, the following dispute resolution process shall apply:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to 98pka via the support email address. 98pka will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with 98pka's response, you may request escalation to a senior review officer. The escalated response will be provided within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: If the matter remains unresolved following internal escalation, either party may refer the dispute to an independent adjudication body as designated under the terms of 98pka's operating licence.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

98pka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 98pka will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the 98pka platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12 above.

98pka recommends that all players review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of the rules governing their use of the platform.
